Vous avez sûrement vu les aurochs géants qui paissent dans les collines, non loin d'ici. On raconte qu'ils ont été amenés ici il y a fort longtemps afin d'être élevés pour leur lait et leur viande. Le Fléau a néanmoins mis fin à cette expérience... Ces bêtes sont aujourd'hui redevenues sauvages et attaquent leurs anciens maîtres. Je pense quand même que, si l'on parvenait à les calmer, il serait à nouveau possible de les domestiquer. Ma brasserie aurait bien besoin de quelques aurochs robustes pour acheminer des bouteilles de bière jusqu'à Limsa Lominsa. Je veux bien récompenser toute personne qui m'aidera.

No doubt you've seen the giant aurochs which graze in the nearby hills. Word has it they were brought over from some far-off land generations ago to be raised and bred for their milk and meat. The Calamity saw that experiment to an end, and now the remaining beasts have grown wild and taken to attacking their former masters. I reckon, however, that if one were able to pacify the creatures they could once again be domesticated. My distillery could use a few strong aurochs to bear bourbon casks to Limsa, and I'd be willing to pay any man who could accommodate me.

Ursprünglich wurden Auerochsen zur Produktion von Milch und Fleisch in diese Region gebracht, aber mit der Zeit hat sich ein Bestand wild lebender Tiere entwickelt. Die starken Tiere würden ausgezeichnete Lasttiere für meine Brauerei abgeben und manche Hilfskraft ersparen. Die Fässer rollen schließlich nicht von alleine in die Gasthäuser. Fange ein paar dieser stolzen Tiere und durstige Abenteurerkehlen werden es dir danken.
