Le restaurant “Le Rab” a pour devise de proposer toute sorte de plats, du petit déjeuner au dîner. S'il y a un ingrédient qu'on utilise abondamment en cuisine, c'est l'huile. Il faut donc toujours en avoir, et il se trouve que nous avons besoin d'huile de frantoio.

No breakfast is too simple, no feast is too grand for the Second Serving! In fact, I've found myself so engrossed in preparing dishes that I failed to notice my dwindling stock of cooking oil. I must have it replenished at once, but be aware─the Second Serving only accepts the highest-quality products.

Hier bei uns im Restaurant *Extraportion* lautet das Motto: „Ob Frühstück oder Abendbrot, hier leidet niemand Hungersnot“. Allerdings können wir unserem Motto nicht gerecht werden, wenn wir kein Speiseöl im Haus haben. Wir brauchen dringend fruchtiges, cremiges Frantoio-Öl!
