L'autre jour, j'ai loué une lime à un client, et il est revenu tout rouge en exigeant d'être remboursé. Il m'a dit que la lime était si usée qu'elle était plus lisse qu'un caillou. J'aurais donc besoin que l'on me livre une grande quantité de limes pour remplacer mon vieux matériel.

A most unpleasant patron confronted me, pointing his jagged nail and demanding I return the rental money for the nail file I lent him. He did have a point though, as the file did not. While this incident has led me to question whether nail file rental is a hygienic endeavor to begin with, I'll nevertheless need something suitable in store.

Letztens hab ich eine Feile verliehen. Der Kunde kam rot vor Wut zurück und hat sein Geld zurückgefordert, weil die Feile so abgenutzt war, dass er sie nicht benutzen konnte. Ich brauche für mein Geschäft ein paar Exemplare, die keine Beschwerden hervorrufen.
