Le premier souverain du royaume fédéré du Tuliyollal, appelé communément “Aurarque”. Sa particularité est d'être doté de deux têtes, une ca­rac­té­ris­ti­que propre aux “enfants bénis”, nom donné aux nouveau-nés issus d'une union entre Mamool Ja de deux clans : les Hoobigo, aux écailles brunes, et les Boonewa, aux écailles bleues. Ces Mamool Ja bicéphales possèdent la force physique ex­cep­tion­nelle des Hoobigo cumulée aux grandes affinités magiques des Boonewa, et jouissent donc d'un talent au combat inégalé. Voyant en ces êtres miraculeux un atout considérable pour prendre l'avantage au cours de la grande guerre qui les opposèrent aux Xbr'aal, les Mamool Ja cherchèrent à multiplier sciemment leurs naissances. Toutefois, la nature a ses limites : pour un seul double-tête qui parvenait à naître en bonne santé, des centaines d'autres mourraient avant même de venir au monde, incapables de percer leur coquille. Gulool Ja Ja eut la chance de rencontrer Ketenramm, un explorateur éorzéen avec qui il se lia d'amitié et qui lui fit réaliser à quel point le monde était vaste au-delà de la forêt. Cette révélation l'incita à quitter Mamook, son village natal engoncé dans ses vieux préceptes, et à partir en voyage, tournant ainsi le dos au destin guerrier qui lui était réservé. Au cours de son périple, il parcourut les différentes régions du Tural et se fit de nouveaux alliés au sein de chaque peuple du continent. C'est grâce à ses valeureux compagnons qu'il parvint à vaincre puis sceller le terrible Valigarmanda, un Tural vidraal si puissant qu'il fut baptisé “la calamité incarnée”, réalisant ainsi un exploit que nul autre n'aurait pu accomplir. Fort de ce coup d'éclat, il se rendit sur ses terres natales, à Yak T'el, où il se confronta aux Xbr'aal et aux Mamool Ja encore en guerre. Avec l'aide de ses alliés, il parvint à tenir les deux armées en respect puis à les mettre en déroute, menant ainsi les deux clans vers le chemin de la paix après des siècles de conflits meurtriers. Très vite, la rumeur de sa victoire contre Valigarmanda et de la fin de la guerre à Yak T'el se répandit à travers tout le continent. Son idéal de paix et d'entente au-delà des différences fut rapidement adopté par de nombreux peuples du Tural, ce qui mena finalement à la création du royaume fédéré du Tuliyollal, dont il devint le souverain. Chacune de ses têtes reçut alors une fonction : celle de droite, franche et impulsive, prit le titre d'“Aurarque de la Force” et dirigea les armées ; celle de gauche, plus sage et réfléchie, se vit nommée “Aurarque de la Raison” et géra la politique de la nation. Le gouvernement ainsi formé apporta en peu de temps la prospérité au pays nassant. Quelques dizaines d'années après son intronisation, Gulool Ja Ja eut un premier fils, le prince Zoraal Ja, alors même que l'on pensait les doubles-têtes incapables d'enfanter. Comme inspiré par cet heureux événement, il adopta peu de temps après Koana puis Wuk Lamat, dont il fit respectivement ses deuxième et troisième héritiers. Cependant, aussi grand roi fût-il, Gulool Ja Ja se voyait vieillir comme tout mortel. Ne pouvant se résoudre à laisser son peuple dans le désarroi le jour où il viendrait à quitter ce monde, il décréta l'or­ga­ni­sa­tion d'un “rite de succession”, une idée reprise d'une ancienne coutume mamool ja, afin de déterminer celui ou celle qui lui succéderait sur le trône. Victorieuse de la compétition, Wuk Lamat choisit Koana pour l'aider à gouverner, et c'est durant leur cérémonie d'intronisation que fut révélée la triste vérité : la tête de la Raison de leur père adoptif était en réalité morte de vieillesse depuis trois ans. Peu de temps après, au cours de l'attaque du royaume de Néo-Alexandrie contre le Tuliyollal, Gulool Ja Ja fut défié en duel par son fils biologique, Zoraal Ja. Si le père sembla dans un premier temps remporter la victoire, son adversaire, équipé d'un régulateur capable de le ressusciter et d'accroître sa puissance, renversa sou­dai­ne­ment la situation et lui porta un coup fatal. Ainsi, le souverain aimé de tous mourut de la main de sa propre progéniture...

The foremost feature of his striking appearance, Gulool Ja Ja's two heads are a characteristic unique to the Mamool Ja's “blessed siblings”─rare individuals born of a union between the brown-scaled Hoobigo and the blue-scaled Boonewa. These two-headed marvels inherit both the Hoobigo's robust strength and the Boonewa's arcane affinity, maturing into warriors of unrivaled martial prowess. The Mamool Ja have previously sought to force this miracle, desiring advantage in their historical conflict against the Xbr'aal, but the commingling of the Hoobigo and Boonewa lines was fraught with complications: for every healthy blessed sibling born, a hundred infants failed to survive. Before Gulool Ja Ja's feet, too, were set firmly on the path of war, he was fortunate to encounter the Eorzean explorer, Ketenramm. The friendship he forged with the outsider opened his eyes to the world beyond the forest, encouraging him to depart Mamook and its restrictive traditions. He traveled far and wide across the lands of Tural, meeting its diverse races and cultivating new companions along the way. His was a tale of unprecedented adventures, which culminated in the defeat and imprisonment of Valigarmanda, the Skyruin. Following these accomplishments, Gulool Ja Ja returned to Yak T'el with his comrades in tow, whereupon they challenged the warring Mamool Ja and Xbr'aal forces. The two-head's fellowship thoroughly humbled both armies, leading to a cessation of hostilities and a lasting peace. Word of Valigarmanda's defeat and the end of the Yak T'el war spread swiftly to every corner of the continent. The philosophy of cooperation espoused by Gulool Ja Ja begat a rising tide of like-minded sentiment, paving the way for the foundation of Tuliyollal and elevating him to the position of “Dawnservant.” As the new nation's ruler, his bold and ebullient right head would lead their armies as the Vow of Resolve, whilst his wise and benevolent left head would govern their myriad peoples as the Vow of Reason. Under this balanced leadership did he henceforth guide the fledgling federation into a state of great prosperity. As a two-headed Mamool Ja, Gulool Ja Ja was thought incapable of siring children. Some decades after his ascension to the throne, however, the Dawnservant was blessed with the arrival of a son: Zoraal Ja. And as if precipitated by this unprecedented event, Gulool Ja Ja went on to adopt the orphaned Koana and Wuk Lamat, one promptly after the other. With the royal family thus expanded, the Dawnservant turned his hand to raising his heirs─the First, Second, and Third Promises. Yet even the greatest of potentates cannot outrun old age forever. Unwilling to allow his inevitable passing to plunge the nation into chaos, Gulool Ja Ja took inspiration from the old ways of Mamook to devise a rite of succession. He watched over Wuk Lamat and Koana as they became joint rulers of Tuliyollal, and it was during the ascension ceremony that he confirmed their suspicions: the constantly slumbering Head of Reason had passed quietly from this world some three years before. Gulool Ja Ja's saga came to a tragic end when soldiers of Alexandria later attacked the capital. The former Dawnservant faced off against the invasion force's commander─his own son, Zoraal Ja─in single combat, seemingly defeating the treacherous Promise. Using regulator technology, however, Zoraal Ja arose stronger than before and slew his father in cold blood.

Ein seltener Vertreter der Mamool Ja, der aus einem blauschuppigen Boonewa und einer braunschuppigen Hoobigo hervorgegangen ist und daher über zwei Köpfe verfügt, die als die „Geweihten Geschwister“ bezeichnet werden. Zwillingköpfe vereinen die Kraft der Hoobigo mit den magischen Fä­hig­kei­ten der Boonewa und wurden aufgrund ihrer überwältigenden Kampfkraft in der Ver­gangen­heit bewusst gezeugt, um als Trümpfe im Krieg gegen die Xbr'aal um die Vorherrschaft im Wald zu dienen. Eine rücksichtslose Strategie, da die zwei Klans eigentlich keine Nachfahren hervorbringen und Hunderte von Neugeborenen geopfert werden mussten, um ein gesundes, doppelköpfiges Exemplar zu schaffen. Gulool Ja Ja hatte das Glück, vor seinem Einsatz im Krieg dem aus Eorzea kommenden Entdecker Ketenramm zu begegnen. Durch die Freund­schaft mit dem Mann von jenseits der See erfuhr er mehr über die Welt außerhalb des Waldes und beschloss, seine traditionsgebundene Heimat Mamook zu verlassen. Während seiner Reisen über den Kontinent Tural schloss er viele Bündnisse und vollbrachte schließlich ein Kunststück, das noch niemandem zuvor gelungen war: Er besiegte und versiegelte Valigarmanda, die „lebende Katastrophe“. Später kehrte Gulool Ja Ja mit seinen Gefährten nach Yak T'el zurück und trat gegen die rivalisierenden Xbr'aal und Mamool Ja an, die er erfolgreich unterwarf und so den langen Krieg zwischen den Völkern beendete. Gerüchte über diese beiden Ereignisse - die Versiegelung von Valigarmanda und das Ende des Krieges in Yak T'el - verbreiteten sich rasend schnell über den gesamten Kontinent. Gulool Ja Jas Philosophie der Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Völkern verbreitete sich und führte schließlich zur Gründung der Vereinten Nation von Tuliyollal, mit Gulool Ja Ja als König. In diesem neuen Königreich regierten Gulool Ja Jas kühner rechter Kopf als „Krone des Mutes“, der das Militär anführte, und sein intelligenter linker Kopf als „Krone der Weisheit“, der die Regierungsgeschäfte leitete: zusammen bekannt als Dämmerkönig. Unter dieser Herrschaft erlebte das neu entstandene Königreich einen großen Aufschwung. Jahrzehnte nach seiner Krönung wurde dem zweiköpfigen Gulool Ja Ja, von dem man annahm, dass er keine Nachfahren zeugen würde, Zoraal Ja, ein Prinz von Geburt an, geboren. Das unerwartete Ereignis motivierte den Dämmerkönig, seine Nachfolge zu regeln, und er adoptierte zwei Waisenkinder: den zweiten Prinzen Koana und die erste Prinzessin Wuk Lamat. Doch auch der mächtigste Herrscher ist nicht vor dem Alter gefeit. Als das Ritual der Thronfolge sein Ende fand, enthüllte er, dass die Krone der Weisheit drei Jahre zuvor an Altersschwäche gestorben war. Als sich Tuliyollal kurz darauf eines Angriffs von Seiten Alexandrias versah, stellte Gulool Ja Ja sich dem Anführer des gegnerischen Heeres, seinem Sohn Zoraal Ja, zum Zweikampf. Er obsiegte zunächst, wurde aber von seinem Sohn getötet, nachdem dieser stärker als zuvor wiederbelebt worden war.

トライヨラ連王国の初代連王。 　なにより注目すべきは、彼がふたつの頭を有している点だろう。これはマムージャ族の中でも、茶色の鱗を持つフビゴ族と、青色の鱗を持つブネワ族の異部族婚によって生まれる特異体、通称「祝福の兄弟」の特徴なのだ。 　こうした双頭のマムージャ族は、フビゴ族の頑強な肉体とブネワ族の高い魔力を兼ね備えており、極めて高い戦闘能力を誇るため、森の領有権を争うシュバラール族との戦争の切り札として、意図的に「作られ」てきた歴史がある。しかし、異部族同士の交配には無理があり、ひとりの健康な双頭を生むためには、百人の赤子を犠牲にする必要があるなど問題も多かった。 　彼にとって幸運だったのは、戦争に身を投じる前にエオルゼアからやって来た探検家、ケテンラムと出会えたことであろう。外つ国より来たこの人物と友情を育むことで、森の外に広がる世界を知ったグルージャジャは、因習に縛られた故郷マムークから旅立つことを決意。トラル大陸各地を渡り歩くことで様々な部族の仲間と出会い、やがては「生ける天災」ことヴァリガルマンダを倒して封印するという、誰も成し遂げたことのない偉業を達成する。 　その後、仲間と共にヤクテル樹海に帰還した彼は、対立するシュバラール族とマムージャ族の両陣営を相手取り、見事に制圧。長きに亘る部族間戦争を終結に導いたのであった。 　ヴァリガルマンダの封印とヤクテル樹海の戦争終結、このふたつの出来事にまつわる噂は、またたく間に大陸全土に広まっていった。そして、部族間協力を説くグルージャジャの思想が潮流となり、やがて彼を王とする多部族国家「トライヨラ連王国」の建国へと繋がっていく。この新たな王国において、グルージャジャの豪放な右の頭は軍を率いる「武王」として、理知的な左の頭は政を導く「理王」として連なる王、すなわち「連王」として君臨。その治世下で新興国を大いに繁栄させた。 　また、戴冠から数十年の後、子を成せないと考えられていた双頭のグルージャジャの下に、血を分けた第一王子ゾラージャが誕生。この思わぬ出来事をきっかけにしたかのように、ふたりの孤児、コーナとウクラマトを次々と養子に迎え、それぞれ第二王子と第一王女として遇するなど、後継者の育成にも着手した。 　だが、これほど偉大な王であっても、老いと無縁ではいられない。自らの死による混乱を良しとしなかった彼は、マムージャ族の風習に着想を得て、次代の王を選定する「継承の儀」を断行。ウクラマトとコーナの王位継承を見届けると、その継承式の場において、老衰により理の頭が3年前に死亡していたことを明かす。 　さらに、その後しばらくしてアレクサンドリアの軍勢によって王都トライヨラが襲撃された際には、これを率いていた実子ゾラージャを迎え撃ち、正々堂々と決闘。一度は勝利するものの、レギュレーターによる復活と強化を経た息子によって殺害されてしまうのだった。
