Vor Beginn des zweiten Eroberungsfeldzugs im Osten hielt Kaiser Solus hier eine große Militärparade ab. Nach dem darauffolgenden Sieg über Dalmasca wurde der Platz in eine öffentliche Gedenkstätte umgewandelt.
