C'est au cours de pérégrinations à Kholusia que j'ai découvert cet endroit offrant une vue splendide sur un fantastique paysage. Sa beauté était telle que j'ai ressenti la nécessité de le partager.

Cette plage a été nommée ainsi par les habitants du proche village de Douceonde pour la simple raison qu'on y trouve de nombreuses coquilles brisées. Si de nombreux pêcheurs s'y croisaient autrefois, ils sont désormais remplacés par de farouches hobgobelins.

In my wanderings across Kholusia, I found myself pausing in wide-eyed wonder as I looked out upon the view before me. I knew that I must capture this sight in ink, lest others simply pass it by.

When questioned on the rather prosaic name of this coastline, the inhabitants of nearby Stilltide simply point to the carpet of broken seashells. In earlier days, they say the beach was crowded with the comings and goings of local fishermen, but now it is mostly the boots of barbaric hobgoblins leaving tracks along the pebbled shore.

Bei der Erkundung Kholusias gelangte ich an einen spektakulären Aussichtspunkt. Und was ich erblickte, wird die Barden bis ans Ende aller Tage inspirieren zu Liedern und Weisen.

Dieser Sandstrand wurde von den einfallslosen Bewohnern des nahegelegenen Fischerdorfes Stillwasser so benannt, weil es dort viele zerbrochene Muscheln gibt. Früher gingen die Fischer dort gerne spazieren, doch heutzutage treiben dort Hobgoblins ihr Unwesen und machen die Gegend unsicher.

近隣の漁村「スティルタイド」の住人が、割れた貝殻が多いからという、もっとも過ぎる理由で名付けた砂浜。昔は、多くの漁師が行き交っていたが、治安が乱れた昨今では野蛮なホブゴブリンがうろつくようになってしまった
